June 2023 saw the Crowe Isle of Man LLC Directors head to the beautiful surroundings of Edinburgh for the annual Accelerate conference.

The theme for 2023 was ‘Developing your skills for the future in changing times’

The team enjoy a Scottish welcome to the Accelerate event in Edinburgh.

This two day event brought together members of the Accelerate community to build relationships, share knowledge and ideas, and hear from guest speakers on a variety of subjects.

Lively panel discussions were held, focusing on topics such as, attracting and retaining talent, whilst key note speakers delivered presentations on the Multi Generational Workforce and Leading Through Change.

Our team where able to listen to Tori James, a record-breaking adventurer who has taken on some of the most extreme challenges on the planet.

Tori gave an insight into what can be achieved through perseverance and personal challenge.
